Whitney: Day #6

Breakfast: 2 eggs, turkey sausage, and berries

Lunch: just snacked on almonds and berries, oh & 2 boiled eggs

Dinner: chicken, zucchini & onions

We're getting ready to make a smoothie! I'm hooked! Yummmm! Never thought I'd say it, but the kefier makes all the difference! : )
