Lunch - tomato basil soup and salad (Diane)
tuna (Phillip)
Dinner - broiled rainbow trout, salad and green beans (Diane)
broiled salmon, salad and green beans (Phillip)
snack - cherries
Saturday:
Breakfast - 2 eggs and turkey bacon (plus 1/2 grapefruit for Diane)
Dinner - turkey sausage cooked with onions, mushrooms and peppers, steamed broccoli, carrots, celery, onions and peppers, asparagus and a salad
snack - celery sticks with almond butter
Diane - 15 minute walk at the ballfield plus 20 minute turbo jam workout
Phase 2 is in sight - keep it up for a few more days.
