We have made it through a whole week of healthy eating - way to go!

Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit; strawberrry/raspberry/blueberry/almond mix
Lunch - Tomato basil soup and a small salad
Dinner - roast beef, green beans, salad w/goat, cheese and strawberries for dessert
Snack - celery with almond butter

Breakfast - Kefir smoothie with blueberries
Lunch - Tomato soup and a pear (oops!)
