Lunch: Soup
Dinner: Prime Rib Buffet at the Asheville Country Club -Delicious - Passed up the baked potato
and ice cream bars and chose steamed veggies and fruit instead. Really wasn't hard to
do. It felt good to make the healthy choice.
Snack: Smoothie
