Day 9 - Whitney


Breakfast - eggs, turkey sausage
Lunch - smoothie, snacked on turkey slices
Dinner - tilapia, green beans sauteed with shallots, mushrooms, & red pepper
Snacks - berries, almonds, carrots
Exercise - crunches!!

We've already started counting down the days to Phase 2! Apples & oranges, oh my! : ]
