We're still hanging in, and, for me at least, it really isn't bad at all. I'm not even missing all those unhealthy things anymore and am quite content with the things I can eat. I may not even add too much with Phase 2!
Sunday - breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit for Diane and some strawberries and almonds for Phillip
Lunch at my mother's - meat loaf (all legal), steamed vegetables, green beans, salad and strawberries for dessert
Dinner - tossed salad with grilled chicken
Snack - cherries
exercise - Diane - 20 minute turbo jam workout
Monday (yeah! A day off!!)
Breakfast - kefir smoothie with berries
Lunch - goat cheese slices
Dinner - homemade spaghetti sauce over squash and zucchini (instead of pasta), green beans, cabbage with Omega 3 mayo, and strawberries for dessert
snack - almonds and cherries
exercise - 30 minute brisk walk at the lake (both of us this time!)
