Today was my first day back to class...a good thing because it got me out of the house and away from t.e.m.p.t.a.t.i.o.n.s : ] It's also a big help to be easing back into a routine.
Breakfast: egg, berries
Lunch: steak, sauteed veggies
Dinner: roast beef, green beans
Snack: berries, almonds and a few carrots
I am really realizing how much "junk" i ate in the past! Bad habits...die hard! But, they do die!

ps...dropping pounds was never my motivation; toning was! i started crunches today. in the past i've found it hard to stick to this routinely, but i'm hoping this time will be different! : ]
