Wow...we are almost through Phase Two. Time flies when you're eating healthy. ;)
A lot of you are trying to stay on Phase One but Phase Three will add a lot of options.
Breakfast-eggs, turkey bacon, & fresh squeezed juice (orange, apple, carrot)
Lunch - chicken hot dogs (no bun) and baked sweet potato chips
Snack- Carrots
Dinner - Salad (carrots, red onion, goat cheese, almonds, egg, turkey, oil/vinegar) & Smoothie.
Exercise - Jen: 2 miles on inclined treadmill and abs Brian: 30 minutes on inclined treadmill & weights
