Did everybody love the first day of Phase 2?! I know I was happy to get some apples and oranges in. Here's the rundown:
Breakfast - 2 eggs, turkey bacon, and fresh-squeezed orange/carrot/lemon juice
Lunch - Strawberry/blueberry/kefir smoothie
Dinner - Apple, goat cheese and a hard boiled egg
Exercise - Weights and legs
