It's Day 11!!! Can you believe it?! Just 3 more days of Phase 1! We should all be very proud of ourselves for doing so well this far! Good day for us:
Breakfast - 2 eggs, turkey bacon, bowl of blackberries/strawberries
Late Lunch - Pastrami Reuben without the bread (Gotta love Kosher NYC Jewish Delis!)
Dinner - Smoothie
Keep the good reports coming in you guys! BTW - There was a story on Good Morning America yesterday morning about a family of 8 that started eating healthy foods, exercising and holding each other accountable to the plan... They've been at it for a year and have lost over 500 pounds combined! Ha ha! We're next! They said that teamwork was the most important part of their success! Go team!
