Breakfast - kefir and fruit smoothie (and 1/2 grapefruit-Diane)
Lunch - (Diane) - tomato basil soup, salad (Phillip) tomato soup
Dinner - salad with grilled chicken, peas
(Phillip added a couple of "non-legal" things to keep from hurting his mom's feeling since she cooked dinner for us. Bless her, we have told her many times that we are eating very specific things but she doesn't remember and when she cooks, what do we do?? At least it wasn't pork!!)
