Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit (Diane)
Lunch - roast beef, carrots, green beans and salad
Dinner - homemade vegetable soup (it was definitely a soup day!!)
Snack - almonds (Phillip)
We both did 20 minutes of Turbo Jam between the football games.
Looks like it will be an exciting Super Bowl - sorry the Pats didn't make it, Brian and Jen! We will have to start planning health snacks for game day!
