Boy, that tangerine sure was yummy - thank goodness we have made it to Phase 2!
Breakfast - grapefruit, berries and almonds
Lunch - lentil soup and salad (Diane), home-made vegetable soup (Phillip)
Dinner - roast beef, peas, salad
Snack - tangerine and almonds
I gave blood and couldn't exercise - will try to double up on Thursday.
