One more day of phase 1!!!
Breakfast - 2 eggs and turkey bacon
Lunch - Tossed salad with chicken, smoothie
Dinner - Cajun-spiced cod with green beans/almonds and salad
Snack - Cherries
Exercise - (Brian) 2 miles on elliptical machine and weights
Glad we are all working through busy schedules, blogging problems, temptations and anything else that may try to stand in our way! Phase 1 has gone a long way toward establishing some great habits!! Keep it up! :)
