Monday
Brunch - turkey bacon, eggs, grits and grapefruit
Dinner - chicken stir-fry (carrots, onions, peppers, celery, squash, zuccini, broccoli and cauliflower) and salad
Snack - smoothie
20 minute turbo jam workout (both)
