Breakfast - 2 eggs and turkey bacon, fresh-squeezed orange/apple/carrot/lemon juice
Lunch - Smoothie
Dinner - Hamburger pattie topped with goat cheese, sauteed spinach, sweet potatoes
Exercise - (Brian) 30 minutes on elliptical machine and weights
