I've lost count of the days, but all that really matters is that we are in Phase Two!
Breakfast - eggs and turkey bacon (plus 1/2 grapefruit for me)
Lunch - lentil soup and small salad for me; hot dog for Phillip
Dinner - hamburger pattie, salad, asparagus and sweet potato
Snack - berries and almonds
