Brian and Jen - January 30 / Day 28

Congratulations on the last day of Phase Two!!!!!

Breakfast - 2 eggs, smoothie
Lunch - Turkey/goat cheese roll-ups, carrots, apple slices, almonds
Snack - 1/2 orange
Dinner - Steak with onions and mushrooms, baked sweet potato chips, spinach

Exercise - (Brian) 30 minutes on elliptical machine/ weights... (Jen) 3 miles on elliptical machine and abs/leg weights
