Diane and Phillip - Thursday 25th

It is great to see how well everyone is doing - it is certainly an encouragement to know that we can change our eating habits and that it really isn't as hard as we thought and it does make a difference! Thanks, Brian and Jen, for getting us going!!

Breakfast - smoothie
Lunch - homemad soup
Dinner - grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and a salad. I also steamed some fresh spinach with muchrooms and a little feta cheese for me - it was yummy but Phillip chose to pass!
snack - orange

40 minutes of turbo jam for me(I did 20 minutes at 6AM just in case I couldn't get TV time in the evening-should do tha every day!) - 20 minuts for Phillip
