Hey everyone, what a wonderful Monday. Just checking in, for breakfast I had yummy smoothie, blueberry, and for lunch a Salad with chicken strips cut up. For dinner a bowl of veggie soup and 2 scrambled eggs. I am getting on the scales tomorrow, hopeful to see some more weight gone. Please pray real hard, lol. Take care everyone. Have a great week.
