Well - we made it through the two toughest weeks! It is always such an encouragement to me to see how well everyone is doing.
Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit and a smoothie
Lunch - tomato basil soup (Diane), chicken noodle soup for Phillip (another oops! - he just doesn't always get it straight. I got up extra early this morning and made vegetable soup for his lunch today so he will be legal this time!)
Dinner - "hobie meal" - chicken and vegetables wrapped in foil and cooked on the grill (yum) and a salad
Snack - cherries and almonds
Exercise - Diane - 10 minutes turbo workout
On to phase two!!
