Hey Everybody!! Easier every day, right?! It takes 21 days to establish a habit, so healthy eating should start becoming a habit about now :)
Breakfast - 2 eggs, turkey bacon, fresh orange/carrot/lime juice
Lunch - Smoothie
Dinner - Chicken stir-fry, salad
Snack - Almonds, goat cheese
Exercise - (Jen) 3 miles on elliptical machine and abs, (Brian) 25 minutes on incline treadmill and weights
Are you guys noticing stronger fingernails and clearer skin?
