Diane and Phillip - Friday and Saturday

Friday

Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit for me; smoothie for Phillip
Lunch - salad with grilled chicken for me; soup for Phillip
Dinner - Maihi maihi with salad and steamed broccoli; Phillip had tilapia with salad and broccoli
Snack - cherries and almonds

Saturday

Brunch - 2 eggs and turkey bacon with a little bit of grits (I think that's ok since corn is the only ingredient)
Dinner - chicken with steamed veggies and a salad
Snack - orange and almonds
