Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit, blueberries, raspberries and almonds (Diane); smoothie (Phillip)
Lunch - none (Diane); salad (Phillip)
Dinner - grilled chicken, asparagus, zuchini/eggplant/peppers/onions (It was a recipe in our church cookbook called "ratatouille" or something like that and it was delicious - or at least I thought so. Phillip didn't finish his so he apparently wasn't quite so fond of it.)
Snack - orange and cherries

I'm amazed that I'm not eating so much and wasn't even hungry at lunch time - don't think that's ever happened before but I hope it continues!
