Jen - Day 16

Hey All!

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs
Lunch - Smoothie made with kefir/fresh OJ/strawberries/blueberries
Dinner - Chicken stir-fry and small salad
Snack - Almonds
No workout today, but feeling the "good" soreness from yesterday!!
