Brian and Jen - Day 6

Day 6 Down!

Breakfast: 2 eggs, turkey bacon, and berries
Lunch: Smoothie
Dinner: Chicken breast with asparagus
Exercise: (Jen) 3 miles on elliptical machine and abs - (Brian) 2.5 miles on elliptical machine and weights

Hosting a little National Championship game get-together tonight. We'll be snacking on carrots!! This ends the first full week!! Great job, Everybody! On to Week 2 :)
