Yes, Carter and I are still here!

We are still doing great, except for not being able to blog for about a week. But, thanks to Jen and her technical expertise, we are up and runnng again. Looking forward to Phase 2. Today: Breakfast - Eggs & Turkey Bacon / Lunch - Smoothie / Dinner - Lentil Soup

Over the next 40 days, The Maker's Diet is going to help you attain your ideal body weight, boost your immune system, have abundant energy, improve your physical appearance, reduce stress and improve your digestion. I am excited that all of you have decided to head down this path to better health! Two of the keys for success with any new health plan are 1) Writing down EVERYTHING you eat and 2) Having others keep you accountable. This blogspot will serve both purposes... It will be your online jornal. Come here every day to record what you've eaten and what you've done for exercise. You will have trackable evidence of how you've worked this plan... and a built-in place for accountability with everyone else on this journey! 12 of us have committed to revolutionizing our health over the next 40 days. We are all in this together!
