Breakfast... 2 Eggs and Goat Cheese
Lunch......... No Lunch
Dinner........ Tilapia, Squash, Zucchini, Onions, and Mushrooms
Exercise..... Walked on treadmill (20 mins.), Played racket ball
Snack.......... Smoothie
