Breakfast - Kefir smoothie with blueberries and raspberries
Lunch - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and almonds (Diane)
Tuna and carrots (Phillip)
Dinner - roast beef, squash, zuccini, salad, peas
Snack - celery
Phillip's mom added her contribution to dinner - homemade potato soup, cornbread, and strawberry cobbler - which be tactfully (I hope) avoided eating. Thank goodness Rob ate with us and he chowed down on those things. She will probably never get it straight so we just have to try to cook for her instead of her cooking for us. (She had planned to fix pork chops but thankfully the roast was already cooking!) At 80 years old there's no changing her cooking habits - breaded and fried is all she knows!
