We have both had a successful day today - after a little encouragement from the "coach", Phillip is now ready to go with renewed determination!
Brunch - 2 boiled eggs and turkey bacon
Dinner - grilled hamburger patty with salad and steamed asparagus
Snack - cherries, raw veggies and a Kefir smoothie
We're drinking lots of water.
We had a 30 minute walk around the lake on a beautiful, warm January day - LIFE IS GOOD!
