Let's Roll - Brian & Jen Day One

Welcome all Makers Diet First Timers. So glad we're in this together. Here's Day One for Jen and me:
-Breakfast: Two eggs with Turkey Bacon
-Lunch: Small Kefir/Stawberry/Blueberry Smothie & Sliced Turkey Breast rolled w/Goat Cheese
-Dinner: Bison Burger Pattie with Sauteed Onions, Mushrooms, and Peppers & Sauteed Spinach & Side Salad w/ Balsamic Vinegar & Oil...YUM!
-Snack: Carrots
-Exercise: Me - 20 minutes on Treadmill & weights / Jen - 3 miles on Elliptical Machine
