Breakfast - Kefir smoothie with blueberries, strawberries and flax seed oil
Lunch - Spinach/Mixed green salad topped with chicken, oil and vinegar dressing
Dinner - Salmon with asparagus and lentil soup
Snack - (Brian) Almonds
Exercise - (Brian) 2.5 miles on elliptical machine/ weights,
(Jen) 3 miles on elliptical machine/ weights/sit ups
