Brian and Jen - Day 4

Hey Everybody! Another good day on this end...

Breakfast - 2 eggs, turkey bacon, strawberries, blueberries
Lunch - Mixed salad with chicken, oil and vinegar
Snack - Small smoothie, carrots, cherries
Dinner - Chicken and veggie stir-fry
Exercise - 1 hour bike ride in park/ promenade

Hope you are all encouraged today. We have been hearing exciting reports of weight loss already!! That's a sign that a healthy bodies are on the way! Woohoo!
