February 11, 2007 - Day 40 - Final Day of Accountability!!!!
"By the end of Phase 3, you have successfully established healthy habits and self-control, so you should be much less tempted to turn back to any unhealthy ways. If you do venture off the Maker's Diet, perhaps during a holiday, on vacation, or during another special event or celebration, you can always go back on Phase 1 for a week or two to get back in the groove. Exercising this option will be a great tool in your journey on the path that leads to health - for life!"

Over the next 40 days, The Maker's Diet is going to help you attain your ideal body weight, boost your immune system, have abundant energy, improve your physical appearance, reduce stress and improve your digestion. I am excited that all of you have decided to head down this path to better health!
Two of the keys for success with any new health plan are
1) Writing down EVERYTHING you eat and
2) Having others keep you accountable.
This blogspot will serve both purposes... It will be your online jornal. Come here every day to record what you've eaten and what you've done for exercise. You will have trackable evidence of how you've worked this plan... and a built-in place for accountability with everyone else on this journey!

Remember: God is the great physician. Nothing matches his wisdom concerning the ideal human diet. Let's start honoring him with everything we put in our bodies! If we stand strong in our commitment to ourselves and to one another, we can all end these forty days feeling and looking better than ever before!
