Lunch - tomato basil soup and salad
Dinner - grilled chicken, green beans, salad and steamed spinach with mushrooms and feta cheese
Snack - orange
Wednesday
Breakfast - boiled egg and 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch - tomato basil soup and salad(Diane); hot dog with sauerkraut (Phillip)
Dinner - ground beef patty, peas and salad
Snack - orange
Diane - 15 minutes turbo jam workout
Thursday
Brunch - 2 eggs, turkey bacon, grits and Ezekiel bread toast
Dinner - split pea soup and turkey breast/feta cheese/lettuce wrap
Snack - almonds and herbal tea
Diane - 25 minute turbo jam workout
