Friday

Breakfast - smoothie
Lunch - Wendy's mandarin chicken salad (no noodles)
Dinner - grilled maihi maihi, salad and steamed veggies - also had a few bites of yellow fin tuna sushi
snack - almonds

Saturday

Breakfast - egg, turkey bacon, grits, Ezekiel toast, grapefruit
Lunch - none
Dinner - grilled hamburger patty and salad
snack - almonds

Sunday

Breakfast - smoothie
Lunch - Ezekiel bread with toasted cheese, orange
Dinner - homemade vegetable soup
Snack - trail mix
