Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch - church potluck - chicken with tomatoes/peppers/onions, green beans, carrots, salad (Phillip added a few things that were not on the plan, but wasn't too bad)
Dinner - chicken vegetable soup with brown rice
Snack - almonds (a rather dull (but healthy) Super Bowl evening for us!)

Lunch - none (Diane)- subway salad (Phillip)
Dinner - grilled beef pattie with vegetables(squash/broccoli/carrots/mushrooms/onions/green beans/celery)
