Brian and Jen - February 11

Brunch - Goat cheese/lamb sausage/caramelized onion omlette with salad and fruit bowl
Snack - Hummus with Ezekiel bread and pickles
Dinner - Chicken stir-fry

Can't believe that Day 40 is actually over! We are so so proud of you all! What an incredible experience this has been - We've all lost weight, but even more importantly, we have all started moving our bodies toward total physical renewal. We have formed healthy habits that will, hopefully, continue. This is not the end, but just the beginning. Day 41 starts our continued, daily journey toward health for life!! We may not be accountable to each other on a blog from here on out, but we are still in this race together - with and for each other! Love you all!
